All Around Vegan is a Vegan & Cruelty Free Subscription Box that provides customers with Lifestyle products, Nutritional products, Bath & Body products, and Activism Products every month.
A subscription box is a recurring delivery of niche products sent to your home once a month. All Around Vegan offers 1 month, 3 month, and 6 month prepay subscription options that are catered to Vegans and people interested in the Vegan Lifestyle. The benefit to a 3 or 6 month subscription is that you can get each box at a discounted price, and will prepay for said interval of time. Each subscription interval will renew until you cancel your subscription.
We offer gift boxes, as well as month-by-month, 3 month, and 6 month prepaid subscriptions. All of these options are available for purchase here.
We send out shipments between the 1st and the 5th of every month via USPS Priority Mail. All purchases in the U.S should arrive within 3-5 business days after your receive your shipping confirmation email.
Creating an account is optional at checkout. If you didn't opt-in to create an account at the time of purchase, you can always access your order and subscription settings via the 'Manage Subscription' link in the confirmation email.
If you have moved, or need to send a box elsewhere, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can adjust the shipping address for you. Any adjustments must be made before the 25th of the month, as we will be preparing all subscription box shipments in the following days.
Thank you for signing up for the All Around Vegan Box! You will not be billed again until AFTER you receive your first box. Re-billing happens on the 15th of each month, and each box is shipped between the 1st and 5th of the following month. Which means, if you ordered after the 5th you will be receiving the next month’s box and not billed again until the following month on the 15th. For example, if you signed up on September 25th, you will be billed at that time and your first box will ship on October 1st. On October 15th you will be billed again for November’s box shipping on November 1st, and so forth. Please don’t hesitate to email us if you have any questions about billing!
Absolutely! Just include what message you would like on the card in the Order Notes before reaching checkout.

You may be charged duties/taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. All Around Vegan has no control over these charges and we can’t tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
If you are unfamiliar with duties in your country, you may want to contact your local customs office, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.
If you are not completely satisfied with your subscription, you can cancel your membership and discontinue your monthly payments at any time. In order to cancel before you are re-billed for the next shipment, you must contact Info@allaroundvegan.com prior to the renewal date on the 15th of each month or make changes to your subscription by logging in to your account at the top of this page, or visiting the 'Manage Subscription' link in the order confirmation email. If your membership has already renewed and you’d like to cancel an upcoming shipment, please request cancellation before the 25th of the month to be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be made for cancellations after the 25th. Sorry, we do not offer refunds on boxes that have already shipped unless product is defective or damaged.
